Fearless Money

Still out of my normal comfort zone with money here. Today I need to spend $16,000.

By the way, I am on vacation, so the daily game posts may not match up exactly with real-time. I’m just going to play one day each time I have a moment to post, and an internet signal to post from.

Day 10 - $16,000

Depositing $16,000 into the First Dream Bank, I am again going to make my local contractor friends wealthy while making my home a more beautiful place.

I want to terrace my back yard. It is a down-sloping yard right now, with a pear tree in it, but nothing else that I’d really want to save. So, I’d like to put in a set of four or five terraces with stacked-cement retaining walls, and repair a rotting retaining wall over near the garage.

This is a dream I’ve been developing for a long while, I can see it so clearly. I’d end up with one play terrace for the kids, three flower terraces, and two veg. garden terraces. Simply gorgeous.
