Fearless Money

On the 12th day of Prosperity, I’m having to get really creative to spend all that money.

What a happy problem, to have to stretch to think of good uses for the abundance.

Day 12 - $18,000

With contractors swarming on my house from my previous expenditures, I’ll continue the theme and pay good ol’ Ed to remodel our barn into a three season guesthouse. It seems to me that $18,000 should pay for a new roof for the two story building, along with excavation of the area around it to regrade it for better water drainage.

That complete, Ed would need to repair a few rotten framing pieces, fix the stairs, and put in a proper door rather than the rotting interior door it currently has. He’d put in new windows, insulate it, and run electricity.

I think I might need some future days income from the prosperity game to complete this project!
